For quantification of Glomus mosseae, Phytophthora infestans and Phytophthora citricola
calibration curves were developed (Figure 2A-C).
These results are summarised by BÖHM et al. (1999).
In addition a second calibration curve for P. citricola was created with the SYBR-Green dye using the PCR-primers of SCHUBERT et al. (1999) (Figure 2D).
